One of One. First and foremost- this car was built by Passmore and Henry to compete in NHRA’s stock eliminator class. It’s 100% legal for NHRA Stock Eliminator Yes, you could bracket race it, Heck you could drive it on the street. Important to know that this car is a NHRA Stock Eliminator purpose built car. It was built for the lowest v-8 class it has a 304” 2 bbl carb engine. It weights 3880 lbs with a 200 lb. driver. NHRA minimum is 3770, so there’s more of the car when you take the time to remove some weight to get to the minimum. Having said that the car ran 35 hundredths under it’s national index on it’s very first pass very good since gone 49 under (very good) the nation index is an ET set by NHRA that your car MUST run in order to be competitive on race day. (index is 15.10 at sea level) I can clue you in of you’re interested some guys have dropped in a 390 or a 401 but it will no longer be a lower class car, just a great bracket car. Transmission was built by Ron Mannicini . That name might be familiar to some as he was one of the original racers from the famous Dodge Ram chargers. The 904 transmission is a reverse pattern, 2.74 first gear reverse column shift with line lock button on the end of the shifter. The rear end has a 5.00 rear gears, a set of 5.12’s gears ( not 3rd member) with it. Slicks are RADIALS. All the best of parts money can buy are in this car. Meziere electric water pump , all MSD electronics , autometer gauges adjustable two-step, Moser axles, Pyle bros spool, Solid custom control arm bushings, drag shocks ceramic coated hooker header. Cam 425 lift, carb built by Murphy of smi. Spare new carb goes with it. I am the 3rd owner California Rust free car. As a stock eliminator car you can’t hurt it and it’s very consistent.
